Shopping With DSWF

The DSWF Trading Company Ltd is the trading arm of The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, a charity registered in the UK, which exists to protect critically endangered mammals in the wild.

All profits made by the trading company are gifted to the charity.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta). All payments will be authorised by the relevant card issuer before any goods are dispatched. The transaction will show as a payment to DSWF Trading Company Limited.
The Total To Pay figure includes carriage costs to your delivery address. For unusually large or heavy items please contact us and we will provide a delivery cost for you.

Delivery Schedule

Once your payment has been authorised we aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days of receipt of order, but please allow up to 28 days at busy times of the year. Delivery to customers outside the UK may take longer.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the options.
