Shopping With DSWF

The DSWF Trading Company Ltd is the trading arm of The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, a charity registered in the UK, which exists to protect critically endangered mammals in the wild.

All profits made by the trading company are gifted to the charity.

Payment

• Payment can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta). All payments will be authorised by the relevant card issuer before any goods are dispatched. The transaction will show as a payment to DSWF Trading Company Limited.
• The Total To Pay figure includes carriage costs to your delivery address. For unusually large or heavy items please contact us and we will provide a delivery cost for you.

Delivery Schedule

• Once your payment has been authorised we aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days of receipt of order, but please allow up to 28 days at busy times of the year. Delivery to customers outside the UK may take longer.
• If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the options.
